leadership development.

We seek to transform the lives of people locally and around the world
by providing leadership training, expanded self-awareness and
cross-cultural humanitarian experiences.

First, we train and equip people and organizations locally and worldwide with the insight and skills they need to create transformative relationships across social and cultural boundaries. Our goal is to teach people how to change in ways that lead to sustainable social innovation.

Second, we seek to improve the impact of short-term, social humanitarian efforts throughout the world. By facilitating strategic partnerships between existing organizations and long-term cross-cultural agents, we provide impoverished individuals and families:
