Leadership Development

ImpactLives™ leadership and development training is delivered through a four-part model:


Part 1: Identity (Leading Me)

Question:  Who am I?
Objective: Intentional process of self-discovery
Explores: Who am I, really? Who am I designed to become? What is my leadership identity and unique sphere of influence? Can I become this person of potential vs. the person I believe I need to be?
Outcome: Building your life around your strengths


Part 2: Integration (Leading With)

Question:  How to be who I am?
Outcome: Integration answers the question, “What is my role within my environment?”

This section provides an understanding of your world around you. In addition, it helps you evaluate your environment, your current team members, and techniques for positive interdependence.


Part 3: Intrinsic Motivation

Question: How to be where I am?
Objective: Establishing a new form of influence. Not the normal forms of power to influence,
but serving to influence.


Part 4: Influence (Leading Others)

Question:  How to influence where I am?
Objective:  Participants will practice intentional application and engagements to the worlds in which we live, and recognize the responsibility we each have to others.
